Front Office (or) Reception is an area where visitors / Customers arrive at first and enquire the staff that’s in that place. Front office Staff will deal the questions of customers and direct them in a right way. Candidly they play a vital role for making revenues of the Hotel. Customers must expect to be handled by pleasant Staff. Front Office is totally differing from the Back Office .It consists of the operations such as Accounting, Payroll, Financial departments. They never interact with Customers. The most important work of the front Staff will be in contact with customers and assist them as per their requirements.
